Our production unit is located in a sprawling area of 160,000
square feet, perfectly equipped to produce high quality leather
products. Our leather cords and accessories production unit is
equipped with machines like spiral cutting machines, skiving
machines, rounding machines, colouring machines, braiding machines,
laser machines, electroplating plant and E-coating plants. Most of
these machines are imported from Europe and USA. In addition, we
have a separate bead production unit that is equipped with sand
cleaning machines, drum polishing machines, fire polishing machines
and luster/rainbow finish machines.
The entire production facilities are constantly upgraded as per the
latest technologies followed by globally renowned leather product
manufacturing companies. This ensures superior quality products,
cost-effectiveness and least lead times. With significantly high
installed capacity, we also undertake bulk orders from our global
customers.
